Adobe's TLP (Transactional License Program) 4.0 program is tiered and provides for cumulative pricing per order:
Tier 1= 1-999 points, or 1 license
Tier 2 = 1,000 - 4,999 points
Tier 3 = 5,000+ points
Return Policy: Returns must be requested within 60 days of the End-User's PO date. Adobe will not accept partial license returns. All returns must be authorized by Adobe. A completed and signed Letter of Destruction is required for all returns.
Minimum Order: 1 point, or 1 license
Minimum Re-order: Each order is an individual transaction with a 1 license minimum.
Mix and Match: You may mix and match product titles, platforms, uplifts, and maintenance.
Upgrade Plan: Maintenance Term is for 2 years, in addition to the end of the quarter. Quarters end on March 31st, June 30th, September 30th, and December 31st.
Upgrades: Upgrades are available on limited Adobe titles or with a valid upgrade plans.
Shipping Information and Timeframe - License and media will ship from Adobe within 5 to 7 business days from receipt of order. Subject to availability and seasonal circumstances. Media and docs are sent via UPS ground. Licenses are delivered via www.licensing.adobe.com with with notice to end user via email.
License Fulfillment: Via www.licensing.adobe.com
Media and Documentation/Manuals: Is not included and if needed, must be purchased in addition to the licensing.
